Our Bread

Our master bakers have visited every corner of Italy, learning age-old “Biga” techniques and gathering traditional recipes from the world’s best artisan bakeries. What we learned was that making really great bread takes time – lot’s of time. It’s what gives our bread its uniquely soft, bouncy texture and distinctive open crumb structure. Authentic Baguettes

You could say that the benchmark for our baguettes is to be “like the baguettes you get on holiday in France or Italy”. Our inspiration comes from both and we strive to evoke the food memories and tastes of the Mediterranean with our range of demi-baguettes, batons and French sticks.
