INGREDIENTS

2 Paninis
4 Slices of Roast Chicken
10 large pieces of Salami
80g Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Handful of Rocket
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

Cut the paninis in half and toast them under the grill until golden brown.

Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on both sides of each panini.

On the bottom half of each panini, layer half of the sliced chicken, salami, grated cheese, and rocket.

Place the top halves on both paninis.

Cut each sandwich in half.
