Sizzling Falafel Panini

Indulge in the delightful combination of spicy sriracha, creamy avocado, crispy falafels, and fresh vegetables in this mouthwatering panini. Perfectly complemented with a sip of cool water for a satisfying experience!

INGREDIENTS

2 Paninis
1 Avocado
8 pieces of Moroccan Style Falafel
6 Vine Tomatos
½ Jar Mixed Roast Peppers 
2 tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce

method

Cut the paninis in half and toast until golden.


Spread a desired amount of Sriracha sauce on the bottom of each panini.


Cut the avocado in half, de-stone it, and slice it into thin pieces.
Halve the falafels and vine tomatoes.


On the bottom half of each panini, layer half of the avocado, falafels, vine tomatoes, and roast peppers.


Place the top halves on both paninis and slice each sandwich in half.


For an extra kick, dip the paninis into Sriracha sauce before each bite.


Enjoy this flavourful creation with a refreshing glass of water!
