I have been with Panelto Foods for the past 20 years, progressing through a range of roles from machine operator to supervisor. The company has provided me with the training and courses needed to perform effectively in each position I have held.
Working at Panelto Foods has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I started in November 2009 as an operator in the packing hall, and within two months, I advanced to Packing Cell Leader.
From there, I transitioned to a supervisor role in production, which led to an opportunity in the Technical team as a Packing Technologist. I was later promoted to a Production Supervisor, and eventually to my current role as Prepack Manager.
